Inside Sales

Join a team of hard working sales professionals handing national accounts. Work with our channel partners to process orders, issue quotes, provide sales support for customers, and follow-up loads. This is an office position that requires knowledge of computer usage, fluency in English, professional mannerism and being comfortable making and receiving dozens of calls per day.

Outside Sales

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for the West Coast.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operation of a Manufacturing Reps in several states while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise these Reps and establish sales goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.


  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Support Manufacture Reps with day-to-day request.
  • Evaluate Reps performances
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual sales
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new Reps
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in monthly sales calls
  • Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction


  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Understanding of Lighting business
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance Manufacture Reps
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel more than 50% of the time
  • BS degree or relevant experience


Work with a team of warehouse associates to receive inventory, fill orders, pack and ship products.  This is a fast paced position that requires a hard worker who can pay attention to detail. We make every attempt to keep the workplace as comfortable as possible but there is only so much that can be controlled in a warehouse environment, so you should be comfortable working in hot or cold warehouse. The position requires you to arrive on time, and some days you may be required to stay a little later than normal to finish receiving or shipping. You should have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for several hours at a time. Previous experience operating a forklift, fluency in English, Spanish or Mandarin are preferred.
